its been like 3 days and I literally cant open pieas bs admission portal the whole website wont even load whats wrong with it?

So I had a issue that I unfortunately didn't had my domicile at the time of my application so I didn't include it but then I got a email after 5 days that please send your domicile document at the email documents@qau.edu.pk BUT I didn't see the mail unfortunately although I was checking it everyday but now when I am sending it three days afterwards it says "Your message wasn't delivered to documents@qau.edu.pk because the address couldn't be found or is unable to receive email." WHAT DO I DO?
