Very 1st pair of Brooks

Hi. I was looking online for a good pair of running shoes. I went to Dicks Sporting Goods and i tried this pair on, Hoka Clifton Pro, Asics Novablast and Megablast and Adidas Adizero EVO and well.. i ended up going with my Brooks Glycerin Max 2😸

I own 2 pairs of Hokas so, I wanted to try something new.

I find that these are very bouncy and make me taller by like 2 inches, haha. Not sure if anyone else experiences this but, my lower back doesn't hurt after wearing these which is a plus.

Im new to running, I just started like a month ago so, idk what else to say lol except the fact that to me, so far, they are pretty comfy when i run and even when i just go on walks and i really like the bounce😆😆

Is this accurate?

Hi, everybody! I am 5'2, I weigh 173.8 pounds, and i am 23 years old.

I walk 20k steps 7 days a week and I lift dumbells Monday-friday with each dumbell being 15 pounds..

I am trying to lose weight and gain muscle. The current weightloss that I am trying to get at is 150, so a 23 pound weightloss.

I have downloaded many tracking apps and I have also tested out multiple tdee sites that tell me that I need to eat between 2,000 to 1,800 calories a day to lose the weight.

Soooo, I am going to try eating 1,900 calories a day to lose the weight..

My question to you guys is: is that too much? I mean, im 5'2 so, is eating 1,900 calories to lose weight TOO much or is it the perfect number for me and my lifestyle?

Thank you🤗

Stuffer bread

Pro tip: use the melted chocolate from the pastries and dip the left over bread from the Italian rolls into the chocolate🤤🍫
