Is there a guide to the vampire council?

So I finally joined the vampire council but every decision I make that seems like a good one gets met with argument. I punish a vampire with low everything, argument. I reward a vampire with good counts, argument. Denounce a bad code, argument. Support a good code, argument. Literally everything I do gets met with an argument. Is there a guide that was posted for the vampire council somewhere? I look led on this subreddit but I can’t find one

Why can’t I continue as my child?

I am a bitizen so I should be able to continue as my daughter but there’s no option to. Is this a bug or is there some stupid generation limit???

Why did my kids inherit generational debt??

Like every time I get a rich person and they die with millions, their kids end up with like billions in debt somehow. Ivan Vakilinova died with a $10M net worth but when he died his 5 living children inherited several millions in debt somehow and after I switched to Ivan’s grandkid, HE had several millions of debt
