Ancillaries for lgd

So im m 32 training for around 6 years, 4 days a week nutrition is in check. Third time on cycle, this time trying LGD 4033. Seeing if there's any ancillaries that I am missing. Currently have enclomiphene, fish oil tablets, deciding if I need both nac and tudca, multi vitamin just to cover the rest of my nutrition just in case. Anything else I would need? Also how much of a caloric surplus can I get away with probably still 200-300 calories a day?

Teknion contessa or other?

Hello first chair buyer here, I'm wondering what's the general consensus on the teknion contessa? I plan on purchasing one from the used market here in Toronto on either Facebook or kijji. The chair looks like a Herman miller aeron duplicate. I have a budget of around 300 cad looking for a chair that has almost everything in it. I've looked into the steelcase leaps also and some other brands like Haworth, and human scale. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The AMB: what things should be and a saving grace

Hello I've been playing since season 4 and I guess I'm a decent enough player at the game have 3 accounts with 150m koen stored value and have high stats on the player chart thingy yada yada. I'm here today to discuss why the Devs don't make every gun similar or closer to what the amb is in terms of overall design and balancing. The amb is the only firearm with a full recoil pattern, instead of most guns capping out after 1s or so of recoil. Honestly this part is only niece to realism but it's a nice touch that they added. In terms of balancing, the AMB is a relatively balanced weapon, it sports a good rate of fire but having a slow bullet velocity and hard bullet drop. This forces players to lead shots in gunfights in ranges further than 50m and actually engage in some of the bullet physics in the game. In terms of player game economy the AMB is great it's a budget gun that can be bought for approximately 100k off Joel and has some of the most affordable tier 4.5 and tier 5 bullets. Albeit player economy is different for everyone having something that everyone can afford and use and being viable in all game modes is great, it allows everyone to have a decent fighting chance even if they're on a lower budget. In comparison to the more recent Chinese assault rifles being completely overturned, the Devs should look at either the AMB or the FAMAS in terms of balancing and how future guns added into the game should be. I'm not saying that every gun needs to be viable, but I think the Devs should look into balancing with a higher floor. I understand there will always be a meta, and I understand Ww2 weaponry shouldn't be as viable as newer firearms, but the Devs should really look into putting the balancing patches like we had a day ago into being a bi weekly thing. Thank you for reading

TLDR: amb balanced, amb budget, decent in all game modes, Devs need to look into balancing and make balancing bi weekly to improve game. Fuck the u191, 192, and t191

Should have discussion and suggestion flair

I do upper lower split 4 days a week, the upper day being 2 push movements for 3 sets each and 1 horizontal pull for 3 sets and a vertical pull for 3 sets. Then 3 sets of lateral raises and biceps and triceps. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
