I need some help i think my tank looks kinda bad and i would really appreciate it if someone could give me some tips and what i should change to make it look better

I think my amazon puffer has gotten the ich. What should i do? I have started to raise the temprature, should i buy medicine?

I have had my amazon puffer for 3 days now and he is still glass surfing. My tank is a 29 gallon, he is sadly alone because he was the only one left. What should i do? Pls ignore the the airstone
