MD. Bought the house late October so couldn’t really do anything then. Did some leveling as it’s a disaster and going to need multiple runs. Lots of overseeding with TTTF and Mazama KBG. Transitional zone. Spoonfeeding 20-0-0 every week once germination happened at .25 lbs per 1000. Sea kelp humic acid liquid aerator weekly. 2-3 cuts a week at 3”. Mesotrione pre emergent down at seeding. I’ve got some what looks like old style k31 fescue I’d love to get rid off. Going to just have to overseed and hope the newer better TTTF chokes it out this fall with another leveling run.
