Waiting for the kittens at the vet

So over it🤣Had his Librela shot and cold laser therapy. He was ready to go but we still had to wait for the kittens to get their first vaccination 😁

URGENT ADVICE PLEASE

UPDATE 2: back to normal!! Eating and eliminating just fine, like nothing happened. Even went back for a short, supervised play session with siblings and was pouncing on everyone 😁
Again, thank you all for the help and advice!

UPDATE: eating voraciously this morning! Climbing and carrying on like nothing ever was amiss. Thank you everyone! Still getting to the vet as quickly as possible.

One of my little rescues is not eating as well as the others. I have tried a chicken pate and a salmon pate that I mix with KMR as a kind of gruel. I also tried a saucer of just KMR. He’s sitting up and walking around and mews at me. I’m terrified that he might not make it. Any advice/help is greatly appreciated.

Update on Skylar and his siblings

Skylar was found caught in a fence a week ago this past Sunday. After bringing him to my vet last Monday, with a follow up appointment yesterday, he is doing better and Doc is pleased with progress but not yet ready to rule out amputation of his injured leg. Luckily, we are able to give him lots of time to recuperate before making that terrible decision.
His siblings were found this past Sunday and caught. Will be reuniting them soon, Skylar can only have short, supervised play visits for now, but so excited for them to be together again!

Meet Skylar Moon, the newest family member

Rescued the morning of a Blue Moon, and it’s a blue moon event that we were able to find him. His lucky day! His leg was caught for unknown amount of time, pinched between two pipe rail horse fence panels. We’re hoping for it to be a pinched nerve causing his issue with his paw and that it will resolve in time. Otherwise, vet says he’s healthy and is quite happy being inside cat already 🥰Hoping to go back and find the rest of the litter and get them families too. There might just be room for one of his siblings here 😉

Rescued today

This little one was stuck in a fence, seems to be settling in with the change to being inside and taking a bottle well. Licking spilt milk off my hand too, so hopefully ready to start on a bit of canned food mixed with the kmr soon.
