Let's be clear: The infamous accusation against the leader of the Cuban Revolution, Army General Raúl Castro, is an act to justify an illegal attack by the armed forces of the United States government against Cuba.

The far right in Miami is delighted; Trump and Marco Rubio are creating the conditions for an illegal war, except that Cuba is not Venezuela, and here no one will stand aside to let them through.

The entire responsibility for the current situation of our nation and our people continues to rest with the American politicians in power, who, after 68 years of Cuba being truly independent, are incapable of accepting that 90 miles from their shores, there is a people to whom they cannot dictate terms.

These same politicians are capable of praising Vietnam or China for their economic development (conveniently ignoring that their political systems are not very different from Cuba's), but they have been absolutely incapable of explaining to their own constituents why they are trying to suffocate the Cuban people.

Cuba has resisted and will continue to resist. Let no one doubt that.

While the US government, its agencies, and affiliated media outlets like Axios lie repeatedly about Cuba—lies amplified by the rest of the mainstream media—Cuba is importing 200 electric cars to transport hemodialysis patients to and from hospitals, a completely free service the Cuban government has offered for decades throughout the country. A strange "dictatorship"...
