I am looking up moving into a two bedroom unit in Three Central Makati simultaneously impressed with the size of the unit and the location of the building while also skeptical about the building maintenance/upkeep and long-term outlook for this building.

When I visited, I saw that things like the wallpaper in the amenity floors were slightly peeling, and though there is a lot of stuff there were science that it wasn’t packaging too well despite it being only around 10 years old.

Does anyone have any points to raise about this building, the admin, or anything related to living here long-term of i plan to buy the unit?

My mother passed away in May 2022 and unfortunately, up to now we have not yet started any processes related to her estate.

Unfortunately, we weren’t able to file within the amnesty window, so we’re now under the regular tax regime with the usual surcharges and interest penalties on top of the base estate tax
