Antidepressant affected by stomach flu?

i had a terrible stomach flu recently. Came back from that okay but still have weak tummy. My normal escitalopram dose, 10 mg, isn’t covering my anxiety, which has returned :(

I am taking a bit more to try to compensate. Has anyone else had this happen? My doc appointment is in 2 weeks, thank goodness.
