I had a dream last night that I was watching the ordeal of fire special (I guess I was feeling nostalgic) and there was a 5th fire villain named “Chill” who was ice themed and had a somewhat similar build to nitroblast. So I tried to recreate him (with some creative liberties since he would have a unique mask) and turn it into a hypothetical store exclusive similar to Bulk and Vapor

It surprised me that the dragon wing pieces were never used on any CCBS characters. They fit perfectly.
