Guten Morgen,
Was ich mir wünsche:
Kommt euch was in den Kopf? Gern mit Link :)
Vielen lieben Dank! ❤️
Hey everyone,
I wanted to check if I’m the only one experiencing this or if Apple quietly fixed something in the background.
For the past few months, the battery life on my Series 10 was honestly pretty terrible. I use it for sleep tracking, so I’d fully charge it around 11:30 PM. By 6:00 PM the next evening, it would already be down to 10%—even without any heavy workouts. It was super annoying because I had to charge it twice a day just to get through a full 24-hour cycle.
But yesterday and today? Complete night and day difference.
Charged it to 100% at 11:30 PM last night. Wore it to track my sleep, woke up at 6:00 AM, and have had the Always-On Display active all day. Right now, it’s mid-afternoon and I’m still sitting comfortably at 51%! Last night I ended the day at 22:30 with over 30 % left! At this rate, I’ll easily make it to bedtime without any anxiety.
Two weeks ago, this would have been absolutely impossible.
Just to clarify: I am on watchOS 26.5, NOT the watchOS 27 Beta. Did anyone else notice a sudden jump in efficiency over the last few days, or did my watch just finally recover from a rogue background process?
I just watched the Apple Keynote. Since Siri AI is not coming to Europe — would it be possible to get Bevel AI on the watch? It would be super handy to log something, even if it needs modification afterwards.
I use the watch app so much. I would also love it to 1:1 reflect the front page of bevel, which it only does in unmodified form.
I can’t wait for the next updates haha :D
Thanks guys!
After trying to loose weight for years, BI was the factor that helped. Look at that graph! 😍
It plans every meal every day, automatically logs it and I only have to ask it and press log. Works completely! It also plans my food shopping. I started trusting the suggestions, because I feel like there is nearly no hallucinating with the new BI. And you can see that it works.
I am very impressed. Thank you, B-Team! 😘
Yesterday I asked Bevel a not too complex question about comparing three bike computers and which fits best my health goals. The answer crashed the system and sparked a loooooooooooooong list of thinking (384 seconds!!). After that now I can’t really use that chat anymore, because it needs minutes to load.
Any idea how to fix it? I stopped the answer after these 384 seconds, it still started answering but I down voted it.
Is that chat recoverable or should I start a new one?
The phone also gets hot loading that chat.
When I try to tap on the 384 seconds the app freezes and crashes eventually.
Hi everyone,
I’ve been testing the new Bevel 3.0 update, and I’ve noticed a significant difference in performance when it comes to tracking nutrition via photos.
First of all, I love love love the update. Bevel is now my most used app and I lost 12 kg because of it so far. Very impressed with the app. However for food tracking I find there are still some barriers that I’d have liked to resolve. I have some ideas, so if you need feedback (not really feature requests), let me know @bevel feature owner :) just send a DM.
When I use the "Quick Add" feature (the plus button -> camera), the results are noticeably less accurate compared to when I use the AI-powered search/chat directly. It feels like the "Quick Add" photo scanner is still running on an older, less capable algorithm, while the main AI tool has access to the newer, much more intelligent system.
My main question/concern:
Why are these two methods separated, and why does the "Quick Add" feature not seem to benefit from the new AI engine?
From a UX perspective, it’s a bit frustrating. The "Quick Add" button is the fastest way to log a meal on the go. However, to get accurate data, I’m currently forced to go into the AI chat, upload the photo there, describe the meal, and wait for it to process. It adds quite a few extra steps to a process that could be seamless.
If I am a Pro subscriber, shouldn’t the app automatically route the "Quick Add" photo through the superior AI engine? It seems like a simple "check" to see if the user has a Pro subscription and then apply the better tech across all entry points.
Is my assumption correct that these are two different underlying systems? And if so, is there a technical reason why the faster "Quick Add" can’t be updated to use the same logic as the AI search?
I love the progress in 3.0, but this inconsistency is making my daily logging process feel unnecessarily complicated. Would love to hear if others are experiencing the same thing or if I’m missing a setting!
Thank you! 😊
