Fallen off a cliff, from 1390 to level 3. Performing bad ever since. Anyone with similar experience?

Was given tips to focus on more deliberate crosshair placement and moving my mouse less. Tried to apply it to my dm session today. I still struggle keeping crosshair at the right place at the right time, and I still overpeek. Please let me know if I'm on the right track.

I'm stuck 17k prem, faceit lvl4 at 3.2k hrs. My aim is really slow, I die a lot in 1v1 gun fights, I struggle with micro adjustments, movement & crosshair placement. Need tips to improve my mechanics. dm clip attached.
