Hi, I passed the ASA test and on the list. My number is pretty high but still less than 1,000. I'm a little confused about what happens now. I've been getting conflicting information, even from my supervisor about next steps and whether or not I can get certified in this title. To my understanding, if I am called to a hiring pool and offered the position, I can take it back to my agency and they will match the salary (while keeping me at my current position)? I was told they can't do that because my current salary range does not match the ASA range. Please let me know what the process is once a person is on the list.

I'm looking for a salon that does an excellent blowout that actually lasts. Preferably in South Brooklyn (bath beach, gravesend, bay ridge, brighton beach areas).
