Contract-to-hire at Goldman Sachs through Third party. Does GS actually convert people to full time?

Soon joining Goldman Sachs (GB&M) as an Analyst through Third party on a contract-to-hire role.

Has anyone here actually been converted to the GS payroll from third party? How common is it? and does performing really well make a big difference?

Struggling to find good CFP study resources..can anyone help?

Hey everyone, I’ve been trying to prepare for the CFP exam but I’m honestly struggling to find proper study material/resources online.

If anyone here has good resources, notes, study plans, YouTube channels, mock tests, PDFs, or anything that genuinely helped you prepare, I’d really appreciate it. Even advice on where to start would help a lot.
