So I got my hybrid position and I've signed the offer letter. I start on 10/19, is it safe to quit my current employer? Their last step with the new job is calling my references between today and tomorrow so safe to say im in the clear?
Hello, just looking for some guidance in the application process with Metlife Long Term Disability Claims Specialist. I've made it as far as the panel interview and used the STAR method which went really well. That was on the 13th, should I be worried? I also called my Recruiter on Friday and left a friendly voicemail and thanked her for her time. She was heaven sent and even helped me find a better role than what I originally applied for. Thoughts from anyone who went through the same feelings or process?

My Senior claims benefit specialist application keeps getting closed but the other remains application received. It shows under consideration. Any recommendations to beef up my resume? I can send it to someone to review but I need a change in career, I wanna make a difference and auto insurance is not the change I want lol.
