Is masters a good rank?

I’m new to overwatch about 130 total hours 80 on comp overall, I can’t tell if this is a good rank or not to hit in 80 hours, I come from games where ranked is rather easy to hit higher ranks(ex: onyx in halo, masters in apex, and iri on cod) so I can’t tell if this is a good rank or if it’s fake like s12 apex masters where 2nd highest rank was more populated than Plat for example.

I have 70 hrs total this is my 2nd season I’ve grinded, im kind of hardstuck Plat, for reference I play a lot of shooters Apex masters cod Iri Halo onyx Marvel 0.9% when I was grinding, so I have experience in shooters I play hit scan but I feel my aim can’t carry my lobbies, do I simply need more game sense or need to queue with someone? Some games I will be like 40-10 and lose a close 3-2 on hybrid for example, is it just a team composition diff? This game is kind of frustrating.
