All 3 months at once or…

All 3 months at once or…

About to pull the trigger and order from BEWL for the first time (Tirz+B6 from BPI). I work outside the US for ~6 months per year, so typically I order what I need, and just take it with me, without worrying about monthly shipments.

Since it’s my first time ordering from BEWL- will they be shipping me the meds month to month, or will the pharmacy just send me boom, 3 months all up front, so that I can take it with me? I’m scheduled to leave for work July 10, and I prefer BPI pharmacy, so was thinking if I order now, I can take it with me and be good for 3 months (I still have 2 months of BPI in my fridge)

Any experience with this would be incredibly helpful before I order, thanks!

I surpassed my goal weight and was happily transitioning into maintenance (trying to find my maintenance dose and maintenance calories and it was going GREAT)

I’m a female, potentially entering perimenopause, went for my yearly and found out my testosterone is non existent. Got put on daily testosterone therapy (topical). It’s day 3 into the therapy and I have gained 2.5 lbs. I KNOW it is water weight, and have been reading that it can take 3-6 months to stabilize, and that I can expect to gain anywhere from 5-12 lbs in that time.

That’s mentally CHALLENGING for me having now worked incredibly hard, with the assistance of Tirz, to lose about ~49 lbs.

Would you:

A. Slightly increase Tirz dose & go back into a slight calorie deficit, to mitigate the weight gain

Or

B. Continue eating at maintenance calories, and keep the Tirz dose where it is (6mg right now in maintenance, was at 7mg before when losing) and just… deal with the potential 12lb weight gain, the puffiness etc…?

Just want to hear what others would consider. Previously I was so happy to increase my calories from 1600/1700 back up to 2000, and was incredibly happy maintaining there.

TIA!
