2005 Highlander L, help...

I'm not a wiring expert, but good lord that does not look right. I have a 2005 highlander here, and what appears to be a half finished attempt at installing an auto starter. Since I bought the car I've had battery issues, I took it to a mechanic and they thought the battery was good, and the alternator was good, but he swapped it with a new one to try to solve the issue, and they were stumped.

There is this receiver for an aftermarket auto starter next to the rear view mirror, I thought maybe that could be causing something, so I follow the wire through to this point, and find this parasitic infection of a wiring job we have here, and it's just the gift that keeps giving. Note, I didn't get an auto starter key fob with this, as it wasn't actually fully installed properly, and it looks like they gave up at some point, and I found an extra key for the car in that expresskit box, anyway.

Does anyone know if I can just buy a new set of wires for this? If so, where should I look and what is the name of this section of wiring so I can find more help?

Are the ground wires (black and white) supposed to be like that?

Recently got this 1988 gs450L, was supposed to be just a carb clean, but now I'm having battery issues, and the wires are getting hot. This is my first motorcycle, but those ground wires don't look right to me, and I want some input/ help if I should have to redo the wiring

Game BMO Advance

Finished my project. I had a scuffed up gba from a game store near me that I put into a new shell, I ended up making it look like BMO
