It measures about 2 inches long and 1 inch tall. I could hand cut out the little notch on the bottom.

My neck is cooked. And advice? Has anyone had success getting workers comp?
15 years in the field in a very busy office. I’m booked out until February SOLID. I just ordered ergo loupes and have started pt and work with a chiro but the neck pain is constant and severe.
I’m fine on the weekend and when I start back on Monday by 1pm I’m in agony.
I’m fit and very active but the neck pain is ruining my life. I’m really wondering what others experience is with this and any advice.
