Was it a binge?

So for context I've been having symptoms of ear infection for like 2 days and today was the worst day yet, in the morning I had a smoothie for breakfast bc my jaw hurt too much to chew.

Then even tho my jaw was feeling better I "forgot" to eat lunch bc I was very stressed w some personal problems related and non related to my sickness. The hunger continued increasing until I was so ravenous I grabbed whatever and ate which was not very good bc I def needed a balanced full meal. I ate chips w hummus, cookies, some fruit and a pint of ice cream.

Althought I know I def needed fuel I feel like this choices and the ammount was more of my way to comfort my emotions since I didn't feel physically good after this.

So in my view it was binge but I don't want to be uneducated, I would like to know what other people think

How to not panick over vacation/change of routine

So I'm on a 5 day vacation and currently 3 days in and I'm freaking out a bit.

The change of routine is definitely being difficult to deal with, we've been eating most of meals out, even tho we did walk a lot these days we don't go the gym like my usual, and I've been bloated ( a normal ammount for the change of routine I think but still uncomfortable)

I don't like how any of my clothes fit and the thought of doing a cut (fat loss) after the vacations crossed my mind more times than I'd like to admit.

This is more of a rant than anything but I would appreciate so much if someone could give me tips on how to navigate this and not fall into a diet when I get back home

Should I forgive him and stay or leave?

So this is confusing to me and maybe was bc of the wording of my question. I think the cross is the suffering that this situation is causing me, the clover could be new opportunities or that the suffering will be overcome? But I really don't know how the lily fits in this.

Idk if for ppl help me interpretate I should say what is the situation to forgive but if it's needed tell me and I will say it

How to balance IE and digestive issues

After dealing with an ED some years ago I started struggling with digestive issues, but I feel like they accentuate more after I started intuitive eating.

I don't get them every single day but I would say every other day I get bloated and gassy and it's very uncomfortable physically and mentally. Sometimes ik what specific thing causes it for example the other day I ate a lot of dates and I think due to the fiber and sugar in them it makes me feel a weird feeling on my stomach and later gassy for a long time. How to deal with this? I don't wanna be in pain all the time but I also feel like if I eat what is a safe amount for my body to handle (lets say dates as an example) I will not be satisfied.

Chips

I have a huge sweet tooth and already overcame my fear of sugar however now I'm having a hard time with chips. I'm not usually a chips person but recently I've found I love spicy chips takis in special. I go thru around 2/3 bags every week and I feel like I could have 1 everyday if they weren't so expensive. But the mental guilt that comes with it is so hard :(

Everyone always talks abt how chips are unhealthy, bad for you, cause this and that even at a small amount and it just gets stuck in my brain.Ik we can always have balance but if I want to eat an entire bag is it still balance :/?

Wrong interpretation ?

The question was if I was gonna continue on the job, got fish, clover, dog plus sun at the bottom of the deck.

I interpretated as a very positive yes, but later I got "fired" from that job (contract ended and they didn't renew), can the cards have other intepretation that align with what happened?
