Asthaxantin .... they get from the sea plants, is a component that help the eyes (repair) and the nerological system as a balsam or a relaxant. They get from many sources i use from sea plants.
electrolites. Is very absurd, but besides the high quantity of water i drink, i added some drink s of electrolites (without sugar, be careful)
and it reduced by 50% the incidence daily.......hope it worth something for somebody
