I have no idea what’s happening with my account. I buy a lot and I sell too. But lately every item I have listed for sale is getting 0 views and 0 likes. Why is this happening? Am I shadow banned? It always feels like items are being sold quickly as everything I like gets sold yet I’m having trouble even getting my items out there. I take good pictures and my prices are very reasonable. Not sure what to do about this

For context, I bought something from this seller but received the wrong item. I saw on her page, that someone else had actually bought this item so when it came to packaging it up, she mixed them up. I contacted her about it and she apologized and said she would offer me a refund. I appreciate that but I also really wanted the item and have no use for the one she sent me. However when the seller tried contacting the other buyer, she says she is ghosting her. Before that, this buyer had told her she received the order. Could it be possible that the buyer doesn’t want to return it? My original purchase was also a better end of the deal than the other one. So it’s likely that this buyer wants to keep the item because it is better. Is there something the seller or Depop can do so that I can get my original item?
