Dream of child self caused sleep paralysis?
on Friday (6/26) I had the most memorable dream experience that I cannot stop thinking about.
in my dream I saw myself as a child but it was a combination of first and third person. I don’t remember the specifics of my dreams but I know that it had to do something with my mother and me (my childhood self) reaching for her but feeling neglected or almost unwanted in the dream. in my dream my child self started crying out loud and I suddenly became aware I was dreaming. In real life I can see the dream but also know that I’m sleeping, I can also hear my body wanting to cry out loud (I am making noises that I am aware of) and I’m crying irl But no tears are falling. I’m trying to move but I’m unable to until finally I “snap“ out of it and I wake up and open my eyes and my eyes were just filled with tears and they all just fall.
sorry if this doesn’t make sense. I genuinely do not know how to explain this but it has been on my mind since
