I have an upcoming trip at 5 months pregnant to go to Norway, Denmark, and Sweden. How do I travel the easiest throughout so my luggage doesn’t bother me. I have an osprey backpack designed for women, it’s comfortable but after 2-3 hrs becomes too heavy for me. In total probably weighs 6 lbs, but the pressure becomes too much. Any and all suggestions are helpful. Thank you

Hi! Found out I’m 5 weeks pregnant- need the best reccs for doctors and hospitals! Upon reading up on it I hear women’s health pavilion is good. Not sure they’re affiliated hospital for delivery there. Please give me all the reccs possible! Thank you in advance
