I have been overdue for 7 months now. Before my account became overdue, I had already paid more than the principal amount.

Recently, the field officer visited me and asked me to pay ₱120k+.
I told him I don’t have that amount, so he offered me a ₱70k settlement, which is still too heavy for me and I still can’t produce that amount.

I asked if they could lower it further, but he said they couldn’t anymore because he allegedly has no way to cover the excess. He also told me that if I can’t settle, they will issue me a demand letter.

For those who also had OD with HC and experienced a home visit, what did you do?

Hello everyone,

I just want to ask about a BPI additional card. I already received a card a few months ago, then recently BPI tried to send me another card under the same customer number with a shared limit. I don’t plan to activate the new card since it’s only a shared limit.

Today, the delivery attempt failed. Do I still need to contact BPI to have it redelivered, or is it okay to just leave it since I don’t plan on using or activating it anyway?
