Why is the Clarity Act bullish for crypto?

Genuinely confused. I thought the beauty of BTC was that it wasn’t supposed to ever be regulated. How is more regulation good for crypto? How does regulation even remotely validate it as a useful or valuable asset to society?

And there is something really sickening about seeing Saylor’s ponzi stock up when the market is down and administration is thrusting the country into economic turmoil…

I’m tired boss.

Do you think a neocloud will fall before OpenAI?

The debt load is getting unbearable for Neoclouds and the money isn’t coming. I think they will be the first domino to fall.

Man so many things could send this whole bubble down the toilet any day. Bond yields, oil prices, wars, federal deficit overload, corporate bond spreads start ripping, capex slow down, OpenAI defaults, etc, the list goes on forever.

Who else feels like we are on the very edge of this house of cards?? The suspense is killing me.

Gotta say I feel blessed to have run into Ed. I was given the opportunity to appropriately hedge and safeguard my portfolios. Otherwise I would probably have been going about my life and completely blindsided like I feel millions of Americans will be.

Once OpenAI goes under, CRWV will default on its debt

ANY DAY now, just waiting for the headline that OpenAI has collapsed. Their losses are accelerating at warp-speed. Can’t stay in business very long when you lose money on every customer and China has models 50x cheaper that perform nearly the exact same.

Once 25% of CRWV backlog evaporates, the company will default because it will not have enough money or revenue to even service its growing debt which is now compounding at ultra junk bond rates of 9-12% and growing 😂

Easiest money in the game.

Did SoftBank just borrow $10B using OpenAI as collateral to buy more OpenAI?

Am I misunderstanding this, or did a highly leveraged bank just use collateral to buy more collateral?

And if so, who is this group of banks that lent the money?

Lastly, why is SoftBank betting more and more money on OpenAI even though the financial situation with OAI gets worse and worse??

Satya Nadella is actively trying to murder OpenAI 🍿

Satya says “companies that trust one AI for everything may not survive.”

Microsoft has clearly decided that what was once a sizable investment for them, will either become a huge capital loss tax write off or they will just end up absorbing openAI for penny’s on the dollar.

CoreWeave credit default swaps have surged to 855 basis points. The market is now implying a 50% chance of default on their debt

Yikes!

It’s looking like the bond market is finally starting to put an end to the Capex insanity

Big Tech bonds have now creeped into junk bond territory.

Just like in the dot com era, it’s ultimately the bond market that pops the bubble. They are (for good reason) skeptical of the AI build out and the credit risks getting issued are pressuring semis.

You can see the bond spreads widening indicating that the bond market is getting more hesitant by the day to fund this AI build out because they need to see ROI. And there is none.

Like I have said before, there is no more money left in the system to build out with besides debt and the debt is starting to get really expensive.

Really hoping this ends quick. The sooner the better for everyone..

Within 24 hours of Alex Karp’s tirade, Microsoft announced they are getting into the same business

Microsoft and Palantir will now be actively telling all enterprises to stop using OpenAI and Anthropic. I believe, THIS is the kill shot.

We now officially know that free, open source, open weight, self hosted models can summarize your work email just fine using your PC’s CPU 😂 …. And enterprises are not going to give away their internal data… (for security and IP concerns).

This is so ugly for US frontier AI labs, that I cannot see how they ever IPO at all.

You have a product 90% as good, that’s 5-50x cheaper and most companies and the public are revolting against you and your data centers except for RAM and chip stock holders (who just want their number go up)…

I don’t see much of a soft landing here. It’s gonna get ugly folks! It is time to take it out behind the barn and put it out of its misery.

META just announced they will be selling excess compute

I interpret this as “oh crap, we built a bunch of random data-centers that we have no use for now, let’s sell all this surplus compute” 😂

META is up. CRWV is getting hammered.

Meta is desperately trying to do anything it can to be in the AI business, but should have stayed in their lane the whole time. You’re just a social media company bro.

Micron reports legendary earnings?

Micron just reported earnings that eclipsed Nvidia’s peak earnings growth in 2023. Seriously face melting blowout earnings that corporate America has never seen before.

Micron trades at just a forward P/E of 10x.

There’s never been more demand for memory and the supply is shocked.

Yet, over half of planned data centers were canceled or delayed…

Data centers are not getting built, but chips are still making record sales and raising guidance.

What the hell am I missing here? This makes no sense and just smells really fishy…

Money is rotating out of crypto

Money is rotating out of crypto

Tether just burned $1B of market cap within 24 hrs. The largest drop ever.

Mark Cuban called crypto dead, and many people finally “rage quit,” according to cryptard analyst Tom Lee…

Almost no one attended the 2026 Bitcoin conference..

Saylor just sold a minuscule amount of crypto to test the waters which knocked the price down substantially.. (which could result in a negative feedback loop).

The cracks in the dam are widening, and the fragility of the system is at critical mass.

We may finally be witnessing a macro exodus out of crypto, because like…even Walmart performed better.

Guys, the dumbest asset class in human history may finally be beginning its bleed out.

I am not sure, but my body is ready.
