Video of a craft hovering on a ship from recently deleted post

A user posted this video in the last day or so but the user’s posts got removed. Some of the videos they posted are on the YouTube channel Alien archive. I haven’t found this one online anywhere yet so I wanted to post it to preserve it in case people could shed some light on it. It appears to show a hovering craft doing something (unloading/loading cargo?) on top of a large ship, videotaped through a kind of dirty window. Has anyone seen this before? Do you remember when it first appeared online?

According to the collective investigation of people like Leonard Stringfield and UAP Gerb, the world’s militaries and private contractors have retrieved over 100 NHI craft since the 1930s

And according to alleged witnesses like William M Tompkins, Bill Uhouse, and others named and unnamed (via researchers who published their accounts), the companies — like Douglas Aircraft (predecessor of Lockheed Martin), TRW (acquired by Northrop Grumman) — had in-person/in-house verbal and telepathic assistance from NHI beings to reverse engineer the craft since as early as the 1960s.

And supposedly human-made antigravity craft have been manufactured in large numbers since then, often being conflated with NHI UFOs, which the human-made craft supposedly greatly outnumber.

If these witnesses are truthful, it means that the government official stance of “we don’t know how they fly or where they come from” is false.

What is the best theory that fits all of the evidence/testimony?

Video of an alleged humanoid being in Managua, Nicaragua supposedly online since July 2015

The being appears in the last 8 seconds or so. Found this on X. I will post a link in the comments. Has anyone seen this before? I honestly don’t know if I had seen it prior to this twitter post so I’m wondering if anyone else can confirm it was around 10 years ago. Happy American Independence Day y’all!

Edit: the term “Chupacu de Goianinha” has been used for this creature and the video does indeed date back at least 10 years, at least based on comments posted here and some stuff online.
