Can someone please explain what is "Save 4 Save" and why would anyone do this?

I'm sorry, but I have not heard of this before and don't know what people here are trying to accomplish. Something related to the algorithms that Spotify uses? I mean it's not clear exactly what Spotify does with its algorithms, or how exactly they make recommendations, so I do not know what a "Save 4 Save" would do to defeat or align with Spotify algorithms.

I'll add a link to a playlist to comply with guidelines: https://open.spotify.com/playlist/2IvH6do2KjKVp7fSyh4MAu?si=vAXXzatDSSmWH-ZpVb-5Vg

-- but if anyone can explain what this is about I would sure appreciate it. Thank you.

"Spotify can't play this right now."

I have an artist website that is free, and I use a PC not the phone app. I have never seen so many times this error saying "Spotify can't play this right now," on my music and anything else I try to play. It resolves on its own, which means something is happening on Spotify's end but I don't know what it is. If I log out, log in, clear cache (Firefox), delete cookies, it doesn't fix the problem. It resolves spontaneously, as if (maybe) having the free account I am having the time I can play music cut? I don't get it.
