Turel's brothers were all deformed, bloated monstrous versions of themselves in Soul Reaver, but that was around 1500 years ahead of the events of Blood Omen. In Defiance, when Raziel goes to Avernus Cathedral during the same time frame that Blood Omen takes place, how is that Turel is there in his bloated, monstrous form? Was he summoned by Mortanius from the future? Did he traverse back in time like Kain and Raziel somehow? Was this ever explained anywhere and I just missed it?

Title says it all. I love this song just as it is, but I feel an acoustic version would be really awesome too. As it is, I feel the music represents the "chaos all around us" with the lyrics being about resisting it and focusing on slowing down and being with someone, building towards the final "take a breath and hush" lyric. The moment where everything goes quite and stripped down. If it was done with acoustic instrumentation, the music could then represent the ending message of the song before the narrators even arrive.
