Have a dent on the bottom of the passenger door. Wondering if this can be fixed through pointless dent repair.

Where contact was made it has pulled out a bit from the moulding.

The bulb on my pool UV light recently died. Unfortunately the replacement bulb isn’t available in Canada or to ship. Wondering if anyone knows an inexpensive fix. Can I just change the ballast?
