Anyone in know what the status of this place opening is? Their location in Howard County is excellent, I can't wait for them to open up in Rockville, but it seems like it's been "coming soon" forever!

Anyone know where I can reliably find an ice cream truck? I have a 2 year old who is kind of obsessed with ice cream trucks, but has never actually seen one in real life, and I’d love to bring him somewhere where he might have a chance at coming across one.
