How do you feel about people coming to the casualty in the evening (around 6:30–7 pm onwards) during peak hours when trauma/RTA cases are more common, for symptoms like fever, vomiting, or headache that have been present for 2–3 days,a throat pain u had for 3 days etc?
I completely understand about ur work schedules, long OPD waiting , and etc can make it hard to seek care earlier. At the same time, evenings in casualty can get quite hectic with true emergencies.
So I’m just trying to understand different perspectives…From a patient side, is this often the only practical option? And From a healthcare side,How do u feel when these kind of cases come?
Just curious,not to offend anyone.
