Apartment Recommendations?
Hi! I’ll be moving to the area in September and am at my wit’s end apartment hunting. Does anyone have any suggestions?
I’ve spent my last two summers in the Ridgeland area commuting to an office in Downtown Jackson, where I’ll be working. I’m perfectly happy to explore other areas!
All the different apartment complexes are blending together and I still haven’t found exactly what I want.
I’m looking for a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment with in unit washer/dryer for ideally less than $2k a month. I’d be willing to pay a little more to get something furnished. It needs to be within a reasonable commute downtown (30 min or less), but safety is important. I’d want somewhere with on-site security. I’d like to avoid areas mostly populated by college students. Move in date would hopefully be September 1.
Anyone have any thoughts? Any place you recommend? Any place to absolutely avoid?
