Mercenary Enclave Requiring 100 Fleet Size?

Hi all,

I've managed to make a mercenary enclave with 50 fleet size before, even the little tutorial pop up said I was now able to make one. But for some reason it's asking me for 100 fleet size now? I have the Naval Contractors and Letters of Marque civics so I have a capacity of 3, so I'm unsure if there's another hidden reason? If anyone knows a way to solve this it'll be much appreciated!

Missing Fixing for Plastic Guard

Hi all,

I just got my LS430 back from the garage and I just noticed that one of the covers underneath now appears to be missing a fixing of some kind. I believe the part number for the guard is 53885-50010, it’s on the right side of the car just behind the front wheel.

I was just wondering if anyone knew the fixing that’s meant to hold it in place along with the part number?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
