My base build as a rather new player

I know it isn't as grand or epic as other builds here but I am very proud of it and wanted to share.

I need advice for Orphan of Kos

I am on my first ever playthrough of the game and the DLC and I loved most of it. I never felt that a boss (besides Rom the fuckass spider that I did beat eventually) is impossible to beat but I am getting very close to thinking that is the casw with Orphan of Kos.

If I stay out of my and the Orphans range, he throws that exploding thing at me and I loose half my health. I'll list my build at the end of the post. If I stay close, the tracking of the Orphan (esp in Phase 2) forces me to remain infront of them and I physically can not get behind or to the side. Every attack either seems to oneshot or combo me down to either 10 hp or 0 immedeatly.

I tried an entire run without attacking just to learn the pattern thrice and no changes.

I just feel like I can't properly dodge or parry (the 2nd is entirely a skill issue to be fair lol) and every attack I land is punished immedeatly even if it is just 1 light attack.

I am level 91, with 12 insight, 40 vitality, 20 endurance, 14 strength, 50 Skill, 8 Bloodtinge and 9 Arcane.

I got the burial blade from chalise dungeons bc I wanted to try it be4 I beat Gehrman, which I still need to do after I finnished the DLC as I wanna beat that first. The Burial Blade is at +10, with Physical attack 160 +206 and Arcane Damage at 60 +60 as well due to the gems I have equiped.

My runes are Clockwise Metamorphasis and Anti-Clockwise Metamorphasis, Lake and Impurity (bc I got no other Caryll rune-).

Any advice would be appreciated, as right now I feel like I just hit a wall.

I would love to finnish the DLC before finnishing my first playthrough of Bloodborne tbh.
