Hellcat literally broke all of aircraft balance

What's the point of having this anymore when everything is now anti-decoy?
I missed the day cv was a skill based class that took a lot of experience and management skill, which aircraft is ready for flare bait, which is ready to punish, which ship is the highest priority and so on.
Nowadays it's just Hellcat this, Qaher that until everyone is dead
