I have a Gigabyte B850 ICE WiFi motherboard. The red CPU debug LED stays on, and the RGB lighting has stopped working.

I have a Gigabyte B850 ICE WiFi motherboard. The red CPU debug LED stays on, and the RGB lighting has stopped working. None of the previously suggested fixes work anymore. Is there a new or updated solution to this problem as of today?
