What to do with a whole frozen chicken

Through no fault of my own, I have come into the possession of a whole frozen chicken (with a sack of entrails and all). I've never had to deal with such a thing, so I'm asking two questions:

What's the best way to stretch this whole carcass?
How do I deal with the entrails and not mess this up? (Help, I'm intimidated!)

I have an instapot, if that helps.

Does my tattoo look racist?

Just got a TMBG tat a few weeks ago and one of my friends said it kind of looked like an iron cross. I’m gonna be working a job that has my shirt off a lot (lifeguard) and I’m just wondering if this tattoo is gonna be a problem lol.

Edit: the image is flipped so this is actually on my left pec unlike the American history dude, hope that helps. I’m probably gonna add some color based on some of the replies so that it looks as innocent as it is
