How to make this effect in Opentoonz?

I recently saw this video and really wanted to know how to replicate that glitchy, rattling effect. I was told it was done in Alight Motion. But I don't use this program, so I would like to understand how this can be done in Opentoonz or Tahoma2d using nodes.

I would be very grateful for your advice.

I updated my Steam profile! All the animations for the showcases was made by me from scratch.

It was really fun creating the artwork for the showcase using a new animation program. My initial impression is that Tahoma2D is leagues ahead of Krita when it comes to animation features like nodes, camera controls, and other perks.

I might add a few more things later — like a black or transparent theme — though I don't have enough points for those right now. Still, I’m already happy with the result.

Are there any good cooking modpacks?

I'm really looking forward to playing with the many mods that update cooking. But it often happens that, for example, certain crops are repeated. I'd like to see some balance in this regard.

My old skin remake 🐳

I recently decided to remake my old skin, which was drawn a long time ago by a friend for my birthday. I haven't drawn skins often before, but I'm happy with the result. I even felt like making more of this.
