Haptic P-HPR worth it for P700?

Been running the P700 for about a month now and tempted about the brake haptics. Mainly driving formula on iracing so ABS etc won’t be of huge importance. I race on a wheelstand so will probably stick with the P700 for a while.
Any recommendations?

Simagic P700 - very slippery pedals?

Recently upgraded to the p700 from the TLCM and I’m finding the pedals to be very slippery , to the point my foot is sliding if on the throttle. For reference I use adidas gazelle trainers and NLR 2.0 wheelstand, but the plastic on the pedals are just too slippery for me so looking for solutions , anything lol.

Anyone tried simagic alpha evo sport ( or any ) and their pedals , probably p700 for myself with the Next Level Racing wheel stand 2.0?
Due to space constraints I am limited to a wheel stand !

Uk buyer: Simagic or Moza? With NLR 2.0

Planning to get a new wheelbase and wheel to be used with the NLR wheel stand 2.0 (space constraints) and Thrustmaster TLCM.
I was initially set on Moza as I can buy directly from them in the UK.

What would you guys recommend between the
Moza R12 and KS wheel bundle £619 from Moza
Simagic Alpha EVO Sport (9nm) with GT Neo wheel for £644 from Race Anywhere.

Moza is 3 nm stronger so initially it seemed like the better choice plus the ability to buy directly from them.
My previous wheel was the Thrustmaster T300rs GT , and I’m transferring from PS5 to PC, so either would be a huge improvement.

The room is 140 cm long and 100 cm wide so needs to fit within that area, uk under staircase storage room.

I plan to pair this with a 34” ultra wide monitor on a telescopic arm, Moza R12 base and those T LCM pedals. The desk / chair can go.

My initial plan was to get less a deep desk that meets the door frame (45 cm deep instead of 60 cm) , a NLR Wheel stand 2.0 and a better chair. I used to have the NLR foldable chair, which I didn’t love.

Almost every cockpit I have seen is 150 cm long. I am 185 cm myself so can’t have anything too cramped.
