Chef or cook?

I don’t know what my job is haha!

I work in a care home

I make decisions on how to cook different meals, im not given any recipes or anything. I do the cooking and the preparation, I do all the paperwork etc

I’m second in charge of the kitchen:

Head chef ( works 4 days)
Me (3 days )
Then the kitchen assistants

So there’s only one person cooking each day, I do not work with the head chef.

Help ahahahaha.

Thanks

How to make friends?

18M, I only have like 3 friends and they’re girls. I never got on with the boys at school as they were all horrible and the ones I was friends with have moved etc. my college isn’t any better, I have like 2 of them that I chat to. And my main friend there is leaving.

I don’t know where to go or what to do to make friends

How to seem more manly?

Hi there

I’m 18M, for years now people in my school/college etc have thought I was gay but I’ve never been and this isn’t the case? My last girlfriend was when I was 14ish and I broke up with her.

I think people just assume I’m gay normally because my voice isn’t exactly low and it’s a higher pitch. I’ve hated my voice for years but I work in marketing and am constantly speaking with people on the phone and in person.

I just feel like the older I get the more my life seems to be hindered by people thinking I’m Gay. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with people being gay at all but I hate it when people assume things and say things about others that aren’t true.

I just really don’t know what to do.

Any advice is appreciated.

Thanks
