The UK, Australia or Germany

I couldn’t find a better subreddit for this, so I’m sorry if this isn’t the right place to post

I’m a 25year old newly graduated dentist from Turkey, and I’ve been trying to figure out which country would be the best option for me to move to and pursue dental licensure.
I’ve heard people say that Australia’s pathway is extremely difficult and that it’s not even transparent so it’s not worth pursuing, I’d really appreciate hearing your opinions and experiences regarding these countries and their licensing pathways.
Do you think it’s still realistically possible to get licensed and build a career in these countries or elsewhere as an internationally trained dentist? Which countries would you recommend looking into, considering the difficulty of the exams, the cost, and the overall chances of success?
I’d really appreciate any advice or personal experiences. Thank you!

Any foreign trained dentist who became a dental assistant in the US?

Hi! I'm a foreign trained dentist trying to move to the US, but work permit and visa issues have been a challenge. I'm considering the EB-3 visa, but I'm not sure if it's possible to get sponsored as a dental assistant.
Is anyone here a foreign trained dentist currently working as a dental assistant in the US? I'd love to hear about your experience and how you made it happen. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

A 25yo newly graduated dentist dreaming of living in the US

Hi! I’m a 25yo dentist who recently graduated and have been dreaming of moving to the US
I’ve been applying for the green card lottery for years now, and I recently started considering working as a dental assistant or a dental hygienist (I know I’d need to pass the required exams first)
I was wondering whether it would be possible to work as a dental assistant or a dental hygienist under an EB-3 visa if a practice owner dentist sponsored me.
Would I be able to pay the costs of the process myself?
Has anyone here gone through this as a foreign-trained dentist or know someone who has? I'd really appreciate any advice, insight, or personal experiences.
Thank you!

Good shoes

What shoes do you all wear in the clinic, and what would you recommend? I just graduated from dental school, so I'm thinking of buying myself a nice pair as a gift :)) (not too($)nice though)
