Is it the date of internship completion or the date on the degree certificate? I’ve put the date of internship completion while creating the ndeb profile as the graduation date. Will that be okay?

I recently created my NDEB Connect profile and paid the Equivalency Process fee. I graduated from Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS), and I’m a bit confused about the next steps for document submission and profile setup.
For BFUHS graduates specifically, how did you get your documents sent/verified? Did the university cooperate smoothly with NDEB requirements?
How did you get good standing certificate from Punjab dental council and how did you mail it to ndeb?
