Drug tests as a probation officer for clients
So we started doing them ourselves and our issues is that most are staff are men but most officers here are woman….we are looking for ways to make it so that male officers are not being called away for observation of drug test all the time.
We can up with a couple ideas but wondering if any other departments had this problem.
