Someone on the street in obvious distress.

Called and was put on hold. Ended up calling 911 and just being asked to be patched through. Anyways they said they wouldn’t come unless I gave them my name and number. I was just a passerby who was trying to help a person out, but the person I was talking to was like “we can’t come out unless your give me your name and number”

Idk seems like kind of a shit system. I’m just some dude. 🤷‍♂️😕
