Open Carry at Dog Park: Interesting Choice?

Just took my kid and my dog to Harlinsdale dog park and was not amused to find someone kitted out in camo pants with a full duty belt and no identification. I'm just assuming this is totally legal so the best course of action for me was to just leave.

I'm not sure this is really what the forefathers had in mind, but what do I know.

Is this normal? Is this what we want in our town?

Deck Remodel?

Looking for recommendations of local outfits that could help me replace a very modest sized deck in my backyard in cool springs. Looking to do a polywood type product but don't want to spend the equivalent of a new Toyota.

Where to Find Used Electronics/Computers

It seems like GoodWill has changed their strategy to offer anything (remotely) of value on their ecommerce site. I'd really like to find some used electronics for robotics projects with my son.

Andy advice on places where components and used PCs can be found?

2023 XC40 Recharge Tailgate Software Glitch

Tailgate will not operate when both keys are present. Tailgate will open but motor will hold the tailgate open and there is no way to press any combination buttons to lower the tailgate. Excessive force is needed against the servos to manually close the tailgate in this case. Issue does not seem to be present when only one key is present. The issue seems to be related to the orange key. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? It doesn't seem to be easily repeatable but happens at the most inconvenient times like when trying to load and unload cargo. For context, my wife and I each have keys to the vehicle and when we both have our keys present this problem happens.

Inexpensive Kids Tennis Lessons?

I want to get my 7 y/o into tennis, but I don't think he's going to respect me teaching him. He seems to much better with a young instructor/group setting. Any good/inexpensive programs or opportunities for a "meet the court" type training/camp in the area? We're in Cool Springs and have courts in our neighborhood, too.

PowerApps Vibe with SharePoint (No Premium License?)

I'm a bit confused. The Microsoft documentation says that PowerApps created with Dataverse require a premium license. However, those created with SharePoint don't.

That seems to be in conflict with the guidance that Code apps require a Premium license as when I create a Vibe-coded app in PowerApps with SharePoint as the data source, I'm able to access/use the app without a PowerApps Premium license.

Am I missing something?

I don't think I'd ever get organizational signoff to spend an additional $20/pp to use some app that is going to save everyone 15 minutes. The math doesn't math.

MAGA Comedian Deletes Critical Comments After Backlash

This is disappointing. From a political party that complains about censorship, they sure like to censor people.

Teams Pulling Location Repeatedly and Disrupting Wifi Connection

For the last week, MSTeams has been pulling my location data over a thousand times as indicated by my Settings > Privacy > Location visual log of the last seven days.

Each time it seeks my location, I also see the "pointer" icon in my system tray, and hovering over it reveals that it is Microsoft Teams seeking my location.

Location is enabled at the enterprise level, so I can't disable it, but it seems to be a bug that it is pulling it SO OFTEN.

Each time it is pulled, my call is disrupted. My video drops and others cannot hear me.

This happens both when I am on my VPN and off.

I have repaired the app. I have reset the app. I have uninstalled the app. I have reinstalled the app.

I'm afraid if I go through my company's tech support I'll spend 5 weeks troubleshooting something that appears to be a critical bug from a recent Microsoft release.

Happy to share any relevant information but really looking to see if this is an anomaly, if others are experiencing it, and/or if Microsoft is working on a fix.

Thanks!
