You bring the idea. I'll bring the code. Let's build something.

I'm a software developer looking to find someone with a genuine business idea or a real problem worth solving, with the goal of potentially building a business together.

I'm willing to contribute the technical side — product design, development, infrastructure, and an initial MVP — as my investment into the opportunity, rather than charging normal development fees upfront.

But this isn't an offer for free software development.

I'm not looking to build someone's app for them and hand it over. I'm looking for someone who wants to actively work with me to turn an opportunity into an actual business.

I'm particularly interested in people who:

  • Have identified a real problem in the market
  • Understand the people experiencing that problem
  • Have industry knowledge or access to potential customers
  • Are willing to handle or contribute to sales, marketing, operations, or business development
  • Are willing to put real effort into making the business work

The approach would be:

Problem/Idea → Validation → MVP → Customers → Business

I'll evaluate the opportunity from both a technical and business perspective. If it looks promising, we can validate it together and build an MVP.

If we find that there's real demand and the business has potential, I'm open to formalizing the relationship as co-founders/business partners and agreeing on an appropriate equity split based on what each of us brings to the table.

I'm especially interested in problems and opportunities within Malawi that could realistically be improved with software.

If you have something you've been thinking about, DM me with:

  1. What problem are you trying to solve?
  2. Who has this problem?
  3. How do they currently solve it?
  4. Why do you think there's a business opportunity?
  5. What would you personally contribute to building the business?

You don't need a polished business plan. If you've found a real problem and you're serious about doing something about it, let's talk.

I always thought a kidney transplant meant replacing a kidney, but doctors usually leave the old ones in and add the new one instead.

Audio notes for timestamps

Hi everyone,

I'm looking to sell a small app I built. I'm not expecting much for it—$50 or whatever seems fair. Mainly just looking for a bit of beer money.

The app lets users attach notes to specific timestamps in an audio recording. For example, if you're recording a lecture, meeting, interview, or podcast, you can quickly add notes at important moments and jump back to them later.

If that sounds interesting, send me a message and I'll share more details.
