Found it crawling around on its back on the road and took it home. What is it and can we keep it?

I just got on pony Town and was chilling at spawn when a few ponies started doing this weird dance glitch and run animation.

The pony at the bottom right shared the glitch to the player I accidentally covered for a second, but it was whispered to them so that the rest of us couldn't do too apparently?

Does anyone know the glitch or have seen this too?

(P.s. ignore the audio, I was watching shorts😭)

Yesterday I posted about my OverWatch commission I made that didn't get accepted and I figured it was the rose and the mistletoe so I changed it to an innocent lollipop and a little weed, and for some reason....

AJHQ still does not want to accept my peace.

WHAT COULD POSSIBLY BE WRONG NOW???

I thought it was flowers because for some reason AJ doesn't like them and that's understandable but now I changed it to something else but they still don't like it. I'm looking at it and I don't see what could possibly be wrong with the picture now. I've worked so hard on this piece and it took me over a month to finish.

So I just want to be done with it and I'm out of patience and ideas.

So please if anybody out there could help me figure this out, that would be much appreciated. I am in desperate need 🙏🙏🥲🌷
