What are my rights here as a tenant

I have a 2 bedroom apartment with a living room. The living room was technically my room with all my belongings there. I’m the only one on the lease. Anyways I subleased to a brother and sister. The arrangement was for 3 months with the option to stay longer but that I would give them a 1 month notice if I decide to return. They said that’s fine. There’s no signed contract this was mostly agreed verbally.
One month in they only send me half the months rent for August and I keep telling excuses every week why they can’t pay it right now or that they will pay it next week. We’re half way through August now and still nothing else.
Just today I decided to look up the guys Facebook marketplace profile and I find one of the rooms up for rent and advertised it as 1 room in 3 bedroom apartment. I messaged them immediately asking them what the hells going on and they deleted it immediately.
Because the ad said 3 bedroom apartment when I only authorized 2 of them to live there I have a feeling they have someone else living there as well.
I plan on returning early.
They haven’t paid the full rent and tried renting out a room without my permission what are my rights here as a tenant to get them out? I want them gone by September 1st. I plan on moving back in next week. When I move back in would they still be considered legal subtenants or roommates?

Working on my first full feature and nervous like hell

I will be working on a full feature film starting on Sunday. It will be my first full feature after working on short films, corporate shoots, and other smaller projects. I’m 2 years into my sound mixing career.
I saw a post on Facebook some production is looking for a sound op for their film. I emailed them, and they actually emailed me back, which I wasn’t expecting because I’ve been emailing and applying for sound jobs for months with no answer, my last sound gig was in May.
The Location is 4 hours away from where I am, and accommodations are covered which was really the only reason I said yes to this gig, the pay is also really good. It’s 2 weeks long the shoot, I’m supposed to be replacing another sound op who has to leave.
I’m both excited and nervous about this. This is everything I’ve been working towards for the last 4 years from film school to all the volunteering on short films, and now finally working on a feature.
I feel a bit out of my depth here, maybe just really anxious because I don’t wanna screw this up.

One month free on 13 month lease scam

I got approved for a 2 bedroom apartment advertised at $2175. When we go forward with the lease the price is changed to $2350. I asked the realtor about the price change and he said it’s because the cost of the free month is added to the rest of the months in the lease, but I still get a free month somewhere during the lease period presumably.
So that doesn’t sound free at all. They’re just added the cost of the “free” month to the other months.
I haven’t signed a lease yet, but already paid lasts months rent deposit, because I applied for 5 other apartments and this is the only one that I got approved for.
Do you think I can negotiate this with the manager or landlord? Because my total budget was $2200 but this changes things now.

VOCS still lingering around after a month in bedroom

I didn’t do my research and decided to make something with epoxy in my bedroom and let it cure inside my closet.
It left heavy fumes that gave a headache, sore throat, dizziness, and not being able to breathe normally.
The room become completely unliveable. I did everything I could. I removed the epoxy from my apartment completely. Threw out my mattress, blankets, pillows. Left my window and balcony door open with a fan blowing out. After a week of that nothing changed. I rented an air scrubber and let it run for 5 days, I returned and still got a physical reaction to being in the room. So I left for the rest of the month, left the windows and balcony door open with the fan blowing out.
This has been contained to just one room. The rest of the apartment is fine.
Now 3 weeks later, and one month since the epoxy incident, I returned to my apartment. Bought an air quality monitor. It seemed fine for a while. I stayed in my room for 2 hours with just the balcony door closed. After 2 hours I started to get lightheaded with odd breathing. The air quality monitor kept moving from good to slightly bad a few times in the 2 hours I was in there.
I contacted my landlord. I told him everything that’s happened. He tells me that he works with epoxy a lot and in his own home and that there shouldn’t be any problems in the room since it’s been airing out for a month now.
There clearly is a problem since I’m still having the same reaction again after a month.
After doing some research I could or most definitely have developed a sensitivity to VOCS after the first exposure. So this could just be me.
What the fuck should I do now? I did everything I could and the problem is still there. What is my last resort?

Booked as continuity background extra on movie than let go

I was booked as a continuity background extra on a ACTRA production, specifically a Hallmark production. I was booked to work 12 days on the movie. I was featured very prominently in the movie, almost every scene. Also some of the other extras were continuity as well, so I was working with the same people over the production period.
On day 7 we were told by the AD that the producers will be on set and jokingly said “to look good for the producers”. The rest of day went by fine, did what I was told, than got an email from casting saying that I’m no longer needed for the last 4 days. I was still needed for the 8th day because the scene from that day was a continuation of a scene we were shooting the day before.
I immediately emailed ACTRA and told them everything. Sent screenshots of my booking email, and the email being told that I’m no longer needed. They told me that I’m eligible for booking cancellation fees for every day that I was supposed to work. Ok so sounds great. I get paid for 4 days of work and have open availability to work on other productions.
On the 8th day I ask the other background extras if they were let go too. All of them said no. Later on one of them comes up to me tells me he overheard one of the producers say “who hired her” and “get her off their set” and “ doesn’t have the Hallmark look” but he wasn’t sure if they were referring to me or the another girl who was in the scene with me. I didn’t let this bother me. Considering we don’t even know if they were referring to me or not.
A week after all this passes I get a call from ACTRA. They just wanna ask a few questions regarding the situation. The ACTRA rep contacted the production about my cancelled days and this is what they had to say, first they claimed I was let go because I was apparently late for every shoot which was not true at all. Second they claimed I fell asleep on set which was also not true. I have been doing this for years and a union member in good standing. I take this job very seriously and have always been professional on set. I didn’t mention the comments that were overheard by the other background extra because like I said we don’t know if they were referring to me or the other girl.
The rep on the phone seemed very understanding and how it’s odd situation considered I’ve never had a single issue in all the years that I’ve worked on ACTRA productions.
But for the production to go out of their way and lie to ACTRA is just ridiculous. They could have just let me go, and say I didn’t fit the role, or just not say anything at all, and move on.

VOC file still lingering in room after almost 3 weeks

Fumes I meant. 3 weeks ago I tried making something with Epoxy resin, didn’t do my research well before doing it, let it cure in my bedroom, and it filled with heavy VOC fumes. I managed to contain this to just my bedroom.
The rest of the apartment is fine.
The fumes gave me a headache, dizziness, and odd feeling in my throat. I left my window and balcony door open with a fan blowing out for the first week, returned and nothing much has changed. I rented an air scrubber with an activated carbon filter and left it running for 6 days. The air seemed cleaner but than after an hour I had a reaction to it. I’ve thrown out the mattress, and rug. Removed all my clothes and literally washed them 3 times. Now almost 3 weeks later I go back and still having a faint reaction inside the room. I hired an air quality specialist just for them to tell “yes, there is gas still in the room” they recommended a restoration service who will come in with hydroxil machine. Do you think this will finish the job once and for all?

▲ 0 r/resin

I wanted to make something with epoxy resin and a silicone mold. This is my first time doing this and only read the box instructions.

I did it in my closed off bedroom and than let it cure in my closet for 3 hours. After 3 hours I started to get a headache, dizziness.

I grabbed the mold and put it outside and tried to air out my room for a few more hours with the window open and door to balcony. The door to the rest of the apartment was closed the whole time.

I left and came back 2 days later with a fan to help it.

It’s now been 5 days of constant ventilation with a fan and I’m still having a reaction. I’m now getting an air scrubber with activated carbon filters.

I know this was stupid and I should have done more research than just read a box that didn’t even suggest to wear a mask.

I’m gonna leave the air scrubber running for a few days and hope for the best.

Any experts here have any advice or suggestions?
